Our online programmes support people to manage their mental wellbeing, especially during challenging times. The skills and techniques taught in these programmes are all directly relevant to the COVID-19 environment.
All programmes are immediately available and include simple, practical, evidence-based ideas and tools that are easy to use and understand. We have refined the content to only focus on the techniques that have the biggest impact, based on feedback from hundreds of previous programme participants. The programmes are filled with actionable suggestions that can implemented in daily life, at work and home. The programmes comprise of a series of short videos, reflection questions, downloadable exercises and handouts, which can be accessed anytime, from anywhere, on any device including mobile. Each programme takes between 60-120 minutes to complete. The programmes are supported with a Manager Guide (if appropriate) which provides a seri es of questions a manager can ask participants as they move through the programme. Coaching for teams and individuals can also be provided during or after completion of each progamme.
