Our online programmes support people to manage their mental wellbeing, especially during challenging times. The skills and techniques taught in these programmes are all directly relevant to the COVID-19 environment.

All programmes are immediately available and include simple, practical, evidence-based ideas and tools that are easy to use and understand. We have refined the content to only focus on the techniques that have the biggest impact, based on feedback from hundreds of previous programme participants. The programmes are filled with actionable suggestions that can implemented in daily life, at work and home. The programmes comprise of a series of short videos, reflection questions, downloadable exercises and handouts, which can be accessed anytime, from anywhere, on any device including mobile. Each programme takes between 60-120 minutes to complete. The programmes are supported with a Manager Guide (if appropriate) which provides a seri es of questions a manager can ask participants as they move through the programme. Coaching for teams and individuals can also be provided during or after completion of each progamme.




Learning how to thrive in a constantly changing environment is a critical skill for high performance. This programme provides participants with a toolkit of practical, we ll researched techniques that help them stay calm, rise to challenges, bounce back from difficulties and grow from these experiences. If practiced and applied regularly, these tools will help participants grow their inner resources so they become more resilient, open and flexible in the face of any challenges they are dealing with at work or home.


Emotional resilience is the ability to bounce back after experiencing difficult times. Emotional resilience starts with developing awareness of what and how you think. This programme helps participants to diagnose their own unhealthy thinking habits and understand the impact they have on their wellbeing. They will learn many simple and practical techniques for overcoming these habits and how to strengthen their tolerance for strong emotions. If practiced regularly, these techniques will make a significant difference to their emotional resilience.


The Focusing Attention and Managing Distractions programme is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to deliver their best work, even in an environment of distraction and overwhelm. This programme comprises a powerful combination of well- researched techniques and tools that make the biggest difference to their ability focus their attention, manage distractions and get their most important work done. If practiced regularly, these tools will enhance participants’ productivity and creativity, while reducing their stress levels.


Gaining Clarity and Making Good Career Decisions is a deeply reflective and highly personal programme for those whose roles have been impacted by change. We provide access to a carefully chosen selection of tools and exercises designed to deepen self awareness and understanding. It helps people identify what is unique about them (eg values, strengths, meaning and purpose), gain clarity about what is most important to them and become clearer about their future.


The Compassion at Work programme is designed to help participants feel more deeply connected to others, boost their wellbeing and increase their capacity to cope in difficult times or with difficult people.

They will learn how to train their mind to intentionally choose compassionate thoughts and actions and develop skills that help them relate to others – and themselves.
